Most roles are located at our Headquarters in Dallas, although there are occasionally roles at Southwest-servicing airports as well!

What is HireGenics?

HireGenics is a full-time employer of contract and temporary labor and is a separate entity from Southwest Airlines. If selected for a role through the contract opportunity network, you will gain experience at Southwest Airlines while working as a HireGenics employee. All roles with HireGenics are W2 positions.

Dedicated partner

 Southwest Airlines has partnered with HireGenics as the exclusive payroll provider for temporary and contract roles found through the contract opportunity network. 

Contractor support

 HireGenics has two full-time representatives that sit at the Southwest Headquarters building to provide support for their employees.

Full-time employer

 HireGenics offers benefits to their employees such as: 
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • A medical stipend of $400 each month to help offset medical costs
  • 80 hours of paid time off after working 1,000 regular hours
